Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gas Block pin holes

I bought a Romanian gas block with bayonet lug from K-Var for my SAR 1. I got the old gas block off and had the new one half way on intill I saw the holes need to be drilled out for the pins. I wanted to know what size drill bit to use and the best way to go about drilling the holes?

I'm guessing 1/16 (1.59mm) and use a drill press???
