I just got my first Romanian kit from Centerfire.  Nice shiny bore, but I think the parts are from two different guns.

The front section is very nicely saw cut, it looks as pretty as my M92 kit.  The back piece was torch cut by somebody who likes to drink on the job.  Oh, nothing is damaged, but it's an UGLY cut.

I have two more Romy kits on the way (along with an MG42 and Suomi kit) from them, we will see what those look like.

That's how all of them (5) I've seen are.  No worries.

I thought that the only way for the kits to be imported was for the receiver to be TORCH cut.  I'm pretty sure the rules are very specific about that.  I'm surprised you have any saw cuts, all of mine have been torched.

If enough of the receiver is missing saw cuts are allowed.
