I'm planning my first AK build. I own and have shot AKs, and now I want to build one with all my odd preferences built in. I *think* I've got all the necessary components, but I'm not 100% sure. Just as I *think* I've got everything necessary for 922r compliance. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Polish Parts Kit
Polish Barrel
US Made Trigger
US Made Grip
US Made Muzzle Brake (for which I'll need a crush washer)
Combo gas block
Tech-Sight rear peep
LINCH Top Cover

Stuff from spare parts:
US Made Zhukov Handguard & Buttstock

Stuff I know I'll need:
Rivets
Receiver (to be procured from the builder I'm planning on using)

It sounds like you're not building this, you having it built by a gunsmith. The biggest thing is who that is. A lot of people have send off parts to be put together by someone that assured them they were experienced builders only to be very disappointed with the results. So choose your builder very carefully.

There's an outfit that runs a one on one build class that I was planning on utilizing.
