First time poster, long time lurker.

Wanted to show off my girls and figured now is as good a time as any. Both builds feature Colt 6920 Upper & Lower Receivers.

Build is as follows:
Colt SOCOM 14.5 barrel w/ P&W'd Surefire SF3P
Knight's RAS w/ KAC rail covers
Surefire M600u w/ SR07 switch
Eotech exps 3-2
KAC rear BUIS
Bravo B5 SOPMOD Enhanced stock in FDE
Blue Force Gear NSN Sling in CB
Magpul Pistol Grip and RVG in FDE

Build is as follows:
Rainier Arms 16" SS Match Barrel
*Surefire Warcomp
Larue Tactical 13.2" rail w/ KAC rail covers
Larue Tactical HK Style BUIS
Harris BRM-S w/ ADM QD Mount
Trijicon Accupower 1-4x w/ Green BDC reticle in ADM QD Mount
CMC Flat 3.5lb Trigger
Bravo B5 SOPMOD Enhanced Stock
Blue Force Gear NSN Sling in CB

*Assembling the barrel and rail to the upper receiver and picking up the WarComp this Saturday. Can't wait to get this thing finished as it's taken me around 6 months to acquire all the parts I've needed.....I mean wanted.

This is a build I did for one of my friends.  He purchased all of the items thru and I put it together for him while he watched.  He has another one ready to build for his son that he is coming over and building while I help him through.

Not sure off all the parts.  I know the receiver set is a PSA Billet set.  The tolerances were a bit off, and the anodizing was not what I would want.  ie. when hammering the trigger pins, the anodizing flaked off around the holes, hence my use of some anti rotation pins I had in my parts bin.

Trigger is a POF.  Rail is a 15 BCM Alpa. BCG is Black Rain Ordnance. LPK is CMMG Builders kit.  I cant remember what barrel he got.  It turned out pretty nice.  He is looking at optics for it.   Said he shot it this past weekend and all functioned flawlessly.  This is probably the 5-or 6th one I have built for people.  I love this hobby.

Not the best photo, but here is my little build. It started off as a Ruger AR556. I added a Geissele SSA-E, A Rainier Arms Match 18" barrel with Wylde chamber and 1:8 twist rate, and a ALG V0-E handguard. I am sure I will add much more to the build, but for right now that it all.

Edit: Optic is a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12 power.

My first build of a completed lower

RRA stripped lower and LPK

Borrowed Magpul BEV and armorer's wrench from buddy, ordered roll pin holders and punches from Brownells.  Used the Brownell's video guides as my template
and cross checked with two other only sources for how to do each step.   Took it nice and slow, took about 3 hours.  But no scratches on the receiver.

Only thing I did wrong was dry fit the upper pivot pin while the spring but not the detent was in place, the pivot pin couldn't be removed without mucking up the spring but I had some spares on hand

Thanks for posting that, it's the only full rifle picture I've seen yet with the V0-E rail. I picked one up during the 4th of July sale, and was hoping it would look that good on a rifle. Nice build!

Ok, who taught you how to use camouflage? You are at 90-95% perfect!!
Right side is at 95%, left side at 90%.

IMHO, you could use some dark gray and medium brown to help some of the light sand areas break up a bit more. Just don't go over the top of the contours, they are optimal in your outline. As in, don't break the round parts that are on top of the rifle: stock, scope, and rails.

You only need a sliver of coverage area on the large sand color parts. Also, consider doing the muzzle brake, flash light and tape switch.

Great example of a very well thought out design! Very well done!

Your VG6 Gamma is upside down! You will get a significant push upwards running it the way it is.

Slots on top, dots on bottom.

Unless, you wanted to try it that way.
