why preban, is arkansas a ban state

want the threaded barrel, notch for flare launcher, bayonet lug
My understanding is that pre-ban means options before the weapons ban in 1994 which set for the no more than two options such as collapsible stock, 30 round clip, bayonet lug, notch in barrel threaded muzzle. Post-ban meant after 1994 and before 2004 when most everything did not have barrel notch, threaded muzzle etc. |

they are now called "no-ban" and they are "mags" not 'clips'
