Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt stake mark cover up paint?

Anyone know of what product or similar product Colt uses to cover the stake mark on the collapsible butt stalk? Seems to be some type of gray paint, but I would imagine it to come off the first time I clean the rifle.

  I know, .....   They make medicine for people with this type of disfunction.

My Colt AR-15 carbine stake paint is glossy black.  Had another that I pulled the stock off and it was also glossy black.  I used paint thinner on the paint and it came right off so it is just standad paint, not a high tech epoxy.
