Standard carbine rails are the longest you can drop on, unless you want to pull your FSB.

The front sight is coming off. You wouldnt happen to have any pictures of a set up similar to this would you?

I'm a big fan of a fixed front sight base. I like to be able to hit things with my weapon, and not worry about the gas tube coming loose. I do have to say that after playing around with the new Samson front sight, I am having second thoughts, and may do a mid length FF tube, and use that Samson spring loaded front sight (BUIS). It really apealed to me for some reason. The closest pic I have is the below picture, and it really doesn't show enough to be a lot of help.....
