You can get the Mil Spec CMT stock (M4 type) for $80 shipped, or the Mil Spec CMT (CAR type) for $75 shipped.  

I'm not a fan of the term Mil Spec, as I think its over used, but in the case of the buffer tube, the difference is in the actual size, and the way they are made.  The MS buffer tubes are heavier duty.  

I built up several of my carbines, and helped out a few other people using the RRA stocks, and never had any problems.  I'm swapping them over to the CMT stocks as a get a chance now, its not a big deal, but I'm hard on my gear, and I often lend weapons to other people when I teach classes.  Again, just for clarification, I've not had any issues with the RRA stocks aside from a slightly loose fit, and that has never bothered me.

I have some RRA take offs that I could sell for $55 shipped.  Meaning, they were taken off of brand new RRA rifles or If you want a little higher quality, I also have LMT take offs for $95 shipped.  Send me an email if you are interested.
