I know that some of the stuff for a Colt is non-milspec. If I got a milspec flat-top upper reciever, would it work?

I'm also interested. I have a Colt Sporter Hbar that I got before flat tops were being used. I do know that I have the large pivot hole.

if the pivot pin holes are different then find the appropiate adapter for it. other than that colt is no different than anything else.
