A complete barrel depends on which side of the fence you are on.
On the regular side, a complete barrel will include the following:
barrel blank
barrel extension
barrel nut
handguard cap
front sight base with sling swivel, rivet, front sight post, detent and spring
taper pins attaching the front sight base to the barrel

You may also encounter these on a complete barrel:
delta ring
weld spring
retaining clip for delta ring and weld spring
crush washer or peel washer
flash hider/comp

Since you are on the other side of the fence (highpower shooter), does your rifle have a DCM style freefloat tube which accepts regular style plastic handguards to maintain the proper appearance to be competetion legal?
If so, you will not need or want a barrel nut, delta ring pack or handguard cap as these are all integrated into the special freefloat tube you already have.
