looking to build a tackdriver and most of the NM or varmint bbls are in .223 wylde. is this different than .223 rem???

basically, RRA's version of a 5.56, only slightly tighter to so you can shoot both .223 and 5.56

Can a 223 Remington barrel be modified to 223 Wylde dimensions?

The Wylde chamber has been around way longer than RRA has been building AR15s.  It is not uncommon to see match guns with Wylde chambers on them (CMP/NRA matches not Bench Rest guns).  I have one on my match gun and it works fine.
