Put the barrel in a barrel vise. Wrap a piece of leather around the FH. Take a big set of channel locks and take the FH off. (Lefty-loosie).
If the leather slips too much, wet it slightly. If it still slips too much, just use the channel locks, but they will scratch the finish of the FH. |
