When you install a new front site post. Is there a certain point to stop at? I mean I dont want to waste a bunch of ammo at the range trying to get my irons sighted in.
Do you just screw it in all the way and make adjustments with the rear sight?

According to Colt, the shoulder of your front sight should be flush with the front sight base.

WOW, the front site pin shoulder is too large to fit inside the hole in the front site base. Should I shop around for another front sight pin? Its a RRA barrel/front site base.

I tried another front site pin. It worked, goes down flush with base. Thanks for the help!
