Anyone know where I can find a Colt front sight assembly with a bayo lug for an HBAR bbl?

Any standard forged pre -ban front sight will be the same, and will slip onto the barrel.  

Just remember that you will need to drill the taper pinholes on the new front sight.  Each front sight is individually drilled to each barrel, and when you change the front sight tower, you will need to index and drill the new holes (matching the slots in the barrel are next to imposable).
