I am looking for a place to refinish my scuffed up Bushmaster lower to match a new Colt M16A1 upper I just got from CDNN. Any suggestions?

Other than that look at the mag refinishing thread on this board.  The solid film lubricant discussed there is a dead ringer on the color scale for my Colt M16A1.

Get the "Colt gray" Duracoat from Lauer Cystom Weaponry. Works great, tough, easy to apply.
