I've stumbled in those photos on this board, they were posted some time ago, anyone can explain me why the locking lugs on the silver bolt have the semi-circular cut on them?
Are those lugs weaker than the regular ones? Thanks for info.  second photo:

Also, look at the exteacor. Why is the non-extracting end flared like that?

Looks like the flare on the end of the extractor could be used to tweak or tune the extractor maybe?
Looks like there are two springs instead of one. The notches out of the locking lugs could be for sand cuts like in a FAL's receiver. So if there is any sand or dirt in the chamber it could allow the bolt to lock up easier. Just guesses |

The LMT enhanced bolt mod. proposed to the SOPMOD blockII program. This BC group is one million times better than any $80 group you could buy and far far better than a $120 dollar set. Hands down!
