I am in the process of building my first AR, and was considering an upper kit from M&A Parts.  Has anyone had experience with them?  Also, was wondering if anyone out there lives in the Milwaukee, WI area, and knows of a good local gun shop that deals with AR parts, accessories, etc.  (This really IS addicting, and I haven't even completed my first one!)
Thanks

Can't help you on the parts kit, but check the hometown board in the upper right for shooters, ranges, and dealers in your area.

Just built mine w/M&A parts 16" HBAR kit and love it. Quality is very good and matches my Eagle Arms lower perfectly. Fit and finish is top-notch.
