Get a copy of the Military manual, it lists all of the tools required, it is on the old AR15.com web site.
The old AR15 website also has an instruction manual. old.ar15.com/docs/assembly/ DPMS and Brownells are a coupls of places to look for AR15 specific tools. SUNDOG...Write to Snelling at the TanneryShop.com He has blank forgings & various % complete casting of A1, A2 & A3 uppers. He also has/had Colt factory ball end reamers(Cobalt) for the BC channel...he may also have dies in stock for the barrel nut...Bud
