Where can one find a list of parts and tools needed to build a complete upper receiver?

Get a copy of the Military manual, it lists all of the tools required, it is on the old AR15.com web site.


The old AR15 website also has an instruction manual.

DPMS and Brownells are a coupls of places to look for AR15 specific tools.

SUNDOG...Write to Snelling at the TanneryShop.com He has blank forgings & various % complete casting of A1, A2 & A3 uppers. He also has/had Colt factory ball end reamers(Cobalt) for the BC channel...he may also have dies in stock for the barrel nut...Bud
