Will a pre ban short telestock fit on a FAB 10 CA. legal lower?

Will a pre ban short telestock fit on a post ban lower?

I realize that I need a special wrench for installation.

Yes, I had a telestock on my FAB-10.  I didn't need a special tool to install it, although I'd recommend one to ease installation.

I now have an A2 tube, and am waiting for an ACE stock to arrive.
