I was at a gun show and M&A gun parts had some post ban uppers with fake flash suppressors on them.  Any idea who has these to press on post ban barrels

At the show I was told they did not have them seperate.  They had to be installed at the factory.
I can not find them at their web site or at Model 1 sales.  In fact at the show Model 1 did not have any uppers with them.
