Hell I am interested in a tri rail that goes around the barrel in front of the front sights.  The gun that i will be putting it on is a bushy m4type a4 carbine.  I am not wanting to spend an arm and a leg.  I am also very interested in getting a laser and light both with pressure switches to mount on my vertical grip do you guys have any suggestions?

the tri rail thing may not be the best option.  It puts a good bit of weight where you don't want it,  on the barrel.  You are better off getting/saving for a railed forearm and mounting lights/lasers on that.
