Green laser has a lower wavelength, and therefore more visible, beam.
It should be much easier to see, in brighter conditions and farther out. Cheers, Bob Ash |

 . What I want to know if the Guntec laser thats posted on the EE is any good. I've heard good things about Beamshot, just would like to know more about the Guntec before I go and spend some cash on it.Nathan |

I bought an Aimshot 12mw greenie with tac flashlight in a kit from Cabelas. Liked it so much I bought another.
www.aimshot.com/vertanGreenLaserSights.php A 12mw greenie goes a very long way in daylight. The kit was $500 Downside.......no mounts for rails. |

The GunTec brand Laser has a Picatinny Mount built in.
 I'll be a test-monkey if no one has em or have tried them... Just wish I knew if they were good quality for $500 bucks. Nathan |

I think they'll be fine with 5.56 recoil.
These airsoft ones are sealed but probably only water resistant. |
