Does anyone know how i can get to the internal windage and elevation adjustment. They are stuck and won't move.

As far as I know, the PAQ4-C has no internal adjustment...just the external knobs, and they are glued on to the shafts.

In fact, I don't think the innards are servicable at all (mine both look solid-state...glued shut)

Really, try calling them.  They helped me get a PEQ2 squared away.
