i placed an order through botach for surefire 3 volt batteries. I do not believe they will be here in time as i need them by wednesday. are these 3v batteries used for any other electronic components? does anyone have an idea where i can pick some up locally?

unless you are married to the Surefire brand name you can usually find these at decent prices at BJ's, Costco and the like.

I bought mine directly from Surefire for $15 a case of 12.I got them within a week and that's the cheapest I've found.

Locally, I can't find them for less than $6 each.
