I've got a Beretta CX4, and intend to use it in carbine matches, so I need a sling.  I'm going to get a three point 'tactical' sling, and need a side adapter.  I know GG&G makes a good one, but it's over $30, IIRC.  I saw a while back someone got an inexpensive deal that mounts on the side picatinny rail.

Any ideas on a cost effective sling adapter I can use?

ahh.. .RRA has some, but the one that's $27 isn't for a picatinny rail.  The ones that are are $35.

I'm searching CTD, as I think someone said they found one there.  Maybe it was Brownell's?  I'll have to check there, too.

ACE makes one. Its pretty low profile and built like a rock. Heres the link and its less than $20.

ACE sling mount for rail

Just an idea.

That Ace mount is pretty slick!  I don't really care if it doesn't have a moving swivel... cuz moving parts make noise and noise isn't high speed low drag uber tactical!   hehehe

I used this one from Midwest Industries on my Beretta Storm, and it worked just fine...

I don't have the Storm any more, but I do still have the swivel laying in my parts box if you're interested
