i have a dpms m4 with the pinned stock and an arms #45 sir.....which is the best sling to use and would i need any adapters.

I would highly recomend the CQB Solutions #137 ERB sling.  No extra hardware required.  If you are looking for a 3 point style sling, I rate the CQB as one of the best.
