Hey, how are you guys sending these back? The email I received from them mentions keeping the USPS tracking number but I was going to use UPS. Has anyone else done that and do you think it will be a problem?

I called EOTech 6 days ago (2/9/17) and was told they had no information for me and wouldn't until 30 days had passed since they had received my optic, not since they approved the refund. I then called today (2/15/17) because it has now been comfortably over the 30 days since they received it and I wanted to make sure they actually had it. The lady I spoke with, who while very pleasant, had no idea where my optic was. She assured me that they had it, but they had no file on my refund or anything. This is was not very confidence inspiring. She then gave me what sounded like a prepared little monologue about how they process refunds as fast as they can and they would take my number and email address to contact me when they finally had any kind of update. I'm really a bit confused by how they're handling this whole process. It doesn't seem like they have a very efficient system in place. |

i collected 5 checks from them last year and found a new source for older eotechs for cheap to make some cash...the money will always come in. i wish the VW buyback program was this simple ! |

whats the difference between me returning it instead of other people? i walked into the range one day and told 4 people to return theirs for maximum price to make some money. i cpuld have offered them a little cash for it...but decided to put them into the loop. remember crooked is when eotech lied regarding the capability and durability of these units!
some people just dont want to invest that much money and not see a return for 3 to 4 months. and by the way...i have been denied because the unit was produced post 11/15. it was all good because i sold it for a small profit to somebody who wanted to flip it overseas when he moved. anyway...they give a green light prior to sending the units in. so its very easy. |

Thursday will be 8 weeks since they received my EXPS-3. I've called twice and I still haven't been told they have it. They said they'd email me with something, but I never got anything. I'm just hoping any day now I'll walk out to my mailbox and there will be a $704 check in there.

Just missed a call from Eotech refund people. Said they are waiting for Eotech to deposit money in the refund account and then they will mail me a check. They went as far to say they have " no time frame" as to when the money will be deposited...
