Burris is awesome. I went to the post office today and found they had sent me a new Full Field II 6.5-20 scope in addition to replacing my Fast Fire II. Service well above and beyond. Their had been an issue where they could not find my broken Fast fire II that I had sent in and to make up for the mix up and delay they sent me a new scope. Those guys are great.

Im glad to hear they admitted their mistake and made up for it. Good customer service goes a long way ! bought a burris ar332 few months back, good to know they will take care of me if theres ever a problem

I had a burris fullfield I bought several years ago. It failed. When i sent it to Burris, they replaced it with
a comparable Black Diamond scope. No questions asked.
