I am looking at buying a used 552 revC, I already have a 552 revF, what are the main differences?  Thanks

Rev E improved the electronics for longer battery life and the ability to use rechargeables.  They also improved the adjustment mechanism (earlier models weren't as robust and had a tendancy to lose zero).  With Rev F the battery life is 2x as long, the mechanism seems to be further improved, and the sight can go brighter.

For a go-to gun I wouldnt consider anything below Rev E.  For a range gun it would be fine.  You also might check with EOTech to see if they would upgrade it to current standards should it fail (and if so what is the cost).
