What is this Optic?

I was looking at the army's web site and saw this pic. I am wondering if anyone knows what this optic is? it's not one that i know.

looks like an NVEC MARS the reflex sight with IR and red laser aimers that sight to the same POI as the day reflex dot.

Cool sight, good idea, I think Insight has a better development availible now on a similar concept but these are all not civilian happy so no fun for our personal collections.

I know of at least 2 MARS in civilian hands in the US, and both owners say they are junk, but fun to play with.

No idea, a bunch of people in my unit had them issued to them. I opted to use my own instead of that peice.
