You might also check if you have a Batteries + store near you. I picked up my Aimpoint bats from them for $4 a piece.

The camera departments of most grocery/drug stores, and the battery/flashlight isle of most hardware stores will have them, or the Duracell (D1/3N) or Energizer (2L76) equivalent.
