I've been considering a light myself, maybe a G2. That's a nice set up........now tell me how much it set you back $$$$! Is that light made for mounting on a weapon or do you have to upgrade it to take the shock from firing?

Total $ for the entire carbine? I can't even keep track anymore. The M6 is fairly inexpensive. Not a true weapon light. The replacement lamps are fairly inexpensive though. I'm particularly happy with the 45° offset rail adaptor to mount the light.

And you'd be guessing correctly Lumpy. Part number YHM-9486A. The scope ring is a SIMMONS four-by-four low rise.
