What are the differences?? I understand the CET diode and the longer batt time but what are the other changes?

I have found a great deal on an XD with a rail grabber ($275)but want to know if there are other advantages to the ML2.

Thanks much!

Time is of the essence!

The M/ML has 3 MOA dot and 4 MOA for the newer M2/ML2 models.

Basically my question is do you learned fellows think the ML2 (with no mount) is worth about $150 more dollars than what I can get the XD and rail grabber for? Unless the XD is handicapped in some way I'll go for the deal. I need some input. I seem to be being very girlie on this purchase decision for some reason. I did notice the MOA difference... Important? Minor? Thanks!

The CompM (CompM-XD) has much lower battery life than the CompM2. The L models are similar with different optical coatings. I'm not going to junk my CompM for a CompM2, but wouldn't pay almost $300 for the older model. The mount is about $85 as I recall. In addition, I'd not get the L model at all. These seem more prone to dot distortion the the M versions. Maybe something to do with the optical coatings, or just better quality control. The extra $35 is justified for me. -- Chuck

I agree with Chuck...$275 is no deal....I have 1 XD model and paid just under $200 for it NEW.
