will the arms #19s rasie an acog higher than the trijicon ta51?

i was thinking about switching to the throw lever mount but don't want to change the height.

Actually, the 19s is a little higher than the TA51. Ray

The #19S is a tad bit higher than the TA51 to allow clearance of the ARMS #40.

thanks guys. a bit higher would help ghosting from the front sight.

I've noticed under normal shooting (utilizing a good sight picture,) I don't notice the front sight at all. YMMV, though. Just my .02 Edited to concur w/ Duffy below, you will NOT miss the (IMHO, antiquated) thumbscrews. Throw levers rule.

The little height it raises the ACOG isn't noticeable in terms of ghosting of the front sight, it will make a telling difference if you want to mount an ARMS #40 behind it, as Bart stated. KAC 300M won't care either way, but with the TA51+ARMS 40 combo the bottom of the scope is almost touching the top of the BUIS. I got 19S for all of my ACOGs, can't deal with the thumb screws anymore.
