Both are excellent choices. The KAC will run you a little more money and doesn't detach as fast as the ARMS #22M68...

I believe the ARMS will be the more robust of the two. It has a very large surface that makes contact with significantly more rail than any other mount.

The ARMS mount is also reconfigurable, so if you want to change height or angle, you can remove or change the spacer. This allows the #22M68 to work with a variety of setups and on different guns. With the GG&G or KAC mounts, what you see is all you get.

I've used both. I like the KAC and it's a good mount, but I prefer (and still use) the ARMS #22M68.
