Anybody have there Eotech just quit working? I installed it on my new M4, turned it on, was checking it out and it quit..I changed out the batteries with a new set making usre they were in right and nothing..Dead..Tried calling Eotech today, all day, with no luck..Left two messages and nobody called back..So I shot a email off..Has anybody delt with there service department? Any suggestions? Thanks..

8/20/2003 Eotech emailed me back today and the unit is on its way to get fixed.. The Eotech direct service number is (734)741-8868

Well, I can't say I've had any problems with my 552. However, I got it second hand, and it didn't come with a manual or the mounting thumbscrew. I emailed EOTech and received a response within a couple of hours. It was about a three week wait, but they sent me both items. Not making excuses, but I imagine their busy as hell. I'm sure they'll respond to your email.

Just a longshot, but have you checked to see if it was accidentally set on night vision setting?
