I've been a big fan, but I have a problem with a unit. I've called FIVE times, but never got through to a real person in CS. I've left THREE messages that were never returned.

I had an issue with one about three years ago and the problem was solved right away.

Just pm'd you. I haven't heard about any issues w/ CS. 5 calls is a bit much...I can understand why you would be frustrated.

Call and ask for John Long. He basically IS customer service for EOTech. They aren't a huge operation, but still are able to turn out a really good product in pretty good time.

Talk about a good product in a good turn around time. I ordered a 552 on July 23rd, it arrived on July 25th, it was made July 17th. That's fresh

A special thanks to GMP and SMGLee for the special offcer to help out. They went above & beyond! I finally got a call back from EOTech with a name for contact. Now, I just need to find the person when he is in the office!
