I know this may be an already talked topic but I'd like to have real first hand experiences from those of you who have this setup mounted on the ARs.
Thanks,

I have posted on it quite a bit.  I love the set up.  Once you get used to the "chin weld" you actually come to apreciate the heads up posture.  You can see absolutly everything around you.  It is not as instinctive as pressing your chin into the stock but like I said practice makes perfect.

I have found that I use the Docter for almost all shooting inside 100 yards (anywhere I am capible of an off hand shot).  At longer ranges when I need to take a knee or go prone I use the Acog.

It is like having an aimpoint and an acog on your rifle at all times

Inkaybee,
thanks.

Is Inkaybee the only one here having this setup ?
Any other experience ?
You find it rock solid ?
You are satisfied ?
What's up in the rain ?

A related question:

Is the NSN the only Acog that can have the Docter sight mounted on top?

I want to do a test , I'll give my TA01NSN & Docter Sight setup to some friends of mine going scuba diving very often with their "tool of the trade" , I want to have their impressions & opinions about this matter .
