I have a couple of Oly Arms weaver gas blocks that attach to the barrel by set screws that screw into the barrel. Does this RRA gas block attach the same way, or does it simply tighten around the barrel as you screw it down?

It appears as though the block is a split clamp. As you tighten the screws on the side near the base, it clamps tighter to the barrel.
