OK....I aquired a set of trijicon three dots for my M4.  The tool for the front site post they came with will not fit down between the "V" of the front site.  It (the tool) is too fat.  Other than finding an A2 site tool, any suggestions?
If not...I think I wll just seek the help from my departments armorer.  I would rather get them installed at home so I can spend more time on the firing line sighting them in instead of spending time with the aromorer getting them installed.
Much obliged for any information or links to instructions.

My sight tool won't fit on my newer guns either.  The tool I have is double-sided with 4 prongs on one side and 5 on the other but both sides are too big.
I went back to using what we used in the Army; a small finish nail to rotate the front sight out.  It takes a little bit but will probably be faster than waiting on someone else to do it for you.
