Hi all,

I have an EOTech 552 mounted on a 16" flat-top with an ARMS #40 flip-up site. I have zero questions for those of you who have either or both.

1. What distance do you zero each sight (25yd, 25m, 50yd, 50m, 100yd, or 100m)?

2. With each site at zero, how far off center have you measured with different distances? For example, if you zero it at 50yd how far have you measured your hits from center of target at 100yd, 75yd, 25yd, 10yd, 5yd?

Tia for any help since I currently have both zero'd at 25yd and am thinking that I should have it at 50yd. My primary shooting will be ~ 100yd and under.

I use a 50 yard zero for both the ARMS (big aprerture) and Eotech.  They both peak at 150 yards or so, where they are 2/3 (ARMS/Eotech) inches high.  At 300 yards, they are 4/3 inches low.  The far zero is 250/260 yards.

This is a 20" barrel firing M193.  Your far zero would be a little closer, and you would have more drop at 300 (50% more perhaps).
