Friend of mine was going to pick one of these up for me but I didn't
know about the Manufacturer---National Mag

It was a 70 rounder for $50

He said it looked like halfway down there was a crease, kinda like they welded two
mags together. Looked like the USGI but almost twice as long.

I told him I'd pass.

Anyone ever heard of this magazine?

Don't know about a 70 rounder but DPMS has a 45 rounder that looks like two mags welded together,

I don't know about the 70rd mag, but the other National Mag magazines aren't worth the metal they're built with.

When it's empty, you can use it as  a boomerang.  Good thinking on thier part.

That thing is an absolute atrocity.  I would be embarressed to even pull that thing out at the range - except to shoot at it, of course.

Yeah, it says right at the bottom that it's fabricated from two 30-rounders....
I'd get one just for shits and giggles... when I order my 1k ammo I'll get a fourty round one... I'll post pics to amuse everyone...
