Like I said I checked all the tacked threads and could not find any info. How long can you keep a mag loaded before there is concern that the spring will build a memory. I thought that the mag springs wore out from use not from compression. My friend disagrees strongly, he stated constant compression can permanently damage the spring.


Found this while looking for more information to defend my argument with my friend. Let me know what you guys think.

Well, then. Thanks for the info, however I doubt my buddy will belive me anyway, he always goes on and on  with me about this kind of stuff. I'll print out the ammo orical info and any other replys that this gets.
