Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Magpul enhanced follower + Ranger plate = how many total rounds

I know this topic has been beaten to death but I have yet to see a definitive answer. If you run a 30 round mag with the Magpul enhanced follower and the Ranger plate are you limited to 28 rounds or can you still fill the mag to capacity (30)? Thanks.

30.  Those that are saying 28 are the usual download by 2 crowd.  [sarcasm] Everyone knows it's impossible to insert a fully loaded mag on a closed chamber...it's just impossible I say.  [/scarcasm]
