I had ordered $20 in merchandise from Chuck at Wu's surplus a few weeks ago, but the order never arrived. I know he doesn't answer e-mail very often, so I was patient. I finally did ask him about the status of the order recently. He stated that he overlooked my order and would send the items out ASAP. On top of that, he refunded my Paypal payment! I told him to split the difference, but he refunded it all.
It's not a huge amount of money, but it's great to know someone still cares. Hats off to Chuck !
