First let me say Hi to everyone as this is my first post here.

Somehow, after I got out of the Marines I ended up with seven 30 rnd mags from various MFGs.
One of them is made by Okay Industries and is Colt's MFG stamped.  on the other side of the mag it says Restricted to Military/Law Enforcement/Export use only.  I cant find any dates on any of the mags.  My question is: Is it legal to use my 30 rnd mags in my post ban Bushy?  only one has the restricted stamp.  I just want to make sure I have my fun legally.
the other mags are (1)Labelle, (1)Center, (1)Parsons, and (3)Adventure Line.

EDIT:  The center is stamped 07/99
