Can anyone give me any info on 20 rds. mags with a stamped floorplate:

.223 cal/5.56 mm
NHMTG S/42
HARTFORD, CT

On the sides one can read "MFG 3-02" and "Military/Gov't/ Law Enforcement/ Export use only"

Are these Colt or is there another company in Hartford?

Thank you for your input!

Looks like a colt post ban. Not sure though. I am sure it's a post ban.

Okay Industries makes the Colt 30 rd mags. It is very common to get cases of LE/ Military mags that are marked Colt Mfg. On the side and have OKay Industries baseplates.

Due to the current military contract, OKay Industries is not allowed to sell 30 rd ( LE ) mags to other than US military contracts under the OKay or Colt name. They have a private label and it is NHMTG which stands for New Helvetia Mfg. They make both 20 and 30 rd mags. If you look closely at the 30 rd mags you will sell that they are identical in quality to the Colts / OKay Industries.

They also make the " enhanced " 30 rd mags which have the parkerized chrome silicon springs.
