No, it won't. This myth has been disproved numerous times, on ARFcom and other places.
OP- shake the rounds in a bag with a bit of powdered graphite. Way less messy than WD40.

So are you are saying WD-40 will not affect primers at all ?... I mean, no one wants a "squib" round from a partially discharged primer, poorly quality controlled primer.... would the WD-40 mess with the grip between the primer pocket and primer itself ?
Lets just say WD-40 or any lube added to the firing cycle on ammo is a bad idea....I bet no one can show me, from an ammo manufacturer, where WD-40 or graphite applied on their modern ammo is considered safe.... NO ONE.
Ammo needs to "grab" the chamber walls...not be lubed.
For the OP, the bottom line is don't buy "bargain" ammo. QC is usually pretty bad.... We all have some bargain ammo mistakes.
It is 55K PSI in front of your face.... everytime you pull the trigger....
ADDING any lube to ammo is a bad idea, now consider the fact that some here are suggesting adding lube to some of the cheapest ammo out there, the ammo with little QC...seriously ?!?
I am not trying to be flippant with any one .... the OP is being given some pretty poor info.
Live and learn from your mistakes, I applaud the OP for asking the question... but take some of the advice here with a grain of salt
