And midway has a sale on razorcore right now so there it is. buddy has a ranch with lots of room to shoot so ill get to stretch out the AR finally. Also has seen some coyotes running around

When Creedmoor Sports gets more of their 77gr SMK in stock ( supposedly this month ) ... I recommend trying their 77gr SMK.
My profile photo is 20rds of it at 100yds, benched, scoped, bagged front , squeeze bag rear. That said ... I suggest you try a variety of 77gr and 75gr. My rifle didn't really like the 77gr TMK ... but loves the Hornady Steel Match 75gr, clear out to 794yds...

I highly recommend the Magtech/CBC 77gr OTM, but we all know each barrel behaves differently, so it is a good idea to try it out before committing to bulk purchases.
From my experience, in my SR15 Mod1 16" CHF LW and SR15 LPR 18" SS Krieger, the Magtech is more accurate than the IMI 77gr OTM and BH 77gr TMK by about 0.50-0.75MOA, and it is about the same accuracy as the BH 77gr OTM. In the end, it really is win win situation for me as it is a fast and accurate 77gr OTM Ammo for about $0.55/rd |

In my experience CBC is more accurate than IMI.
It shoots right at .5MOA very consistently in my 22" bolt gun. |

I have collected about 8 different types of ammo to try out in my 18" barrel. That is a lot to buy hoping your setup likes it.

My 16" AR loves the CBC / Magtech 77gr.
Right around 1 MOA at 200 yards, even in a chrome lined barrel with me behind it. |

Got out to the range today and shot the Magtech 77gr shot 100 rounds 1moa all day long. shot 50rounds 5 shot groups at 100 yards all at 1 inch few were under. Took it out to 200 meters shot another 50 rounds with 5 shot groups, used strelok pro on my phone dialed up 7 clicks and was spot on and was getting 2-2.25 inch groups
very happy with the ammo. This will probable be the only match ammo I buy now. |
