I was looking at gunbroker and came across this. i was just wondering if this is legal? As far as i remember it isn't. (trying to think, thats part of the reason that the p90 was never released for civ. sales. They didn't make any non armor pier. rounds for it) am i right or... wrong?

1) that is M855 (penetrator), not M955 (AP) (so it is perfectly legal)
2) The P90 and its companion pistol, the Five Seven, were both released for civie consumption.
3) There is plenty of AP ammo out there in .30-06, 50 BMG, and others.

In case my post wasn't clear, true 5.56x45mm NATO AP ammo (M955) is not legal for civie useage.
The 62 gr. penetrator stuff (M855) has a green painted tip.
It is legal.
